• Where is the nearest tube/train station?

  We are on the Beaumont Industrial estate on Beaumont close , a 5-minute drive from junction 11 of the m40. Drive past ATS Euromaster garage and MOT centre, and we are on the left about 300 yards down, over the brook and follow directions for parking. • Can I take away samples?

  Yes, we have samples of all our tiles and paint swatches available at the store. The first four of each are usually free, with a charge for selected more expensive samples only, or anything you wish to take beyond the free allocation.

• Do you have a Design Service?

  Yes, we offer a home design service. Please contact the showroom to arrange an appointment in-store to discuss your project or refurbishment, to avoid disappointment. Find out more here.

• What products can I see on display?

  Our full collection of tiles and paint are on show in all Studios via samples, with some also showcased in displays. We have a number of bathroom pieces on display, but if there is a specific item you wanted to view, then please phone ahead to check what we have.

• Do I need to make an appointment?

  Although there is no need to make an appointment and you can drop in any time we are open. If you did want to ensure dedicated time with one of our consultants or designers, you may wish to phone us to arrange a time and date.

• Can I collect or return an order from the Studio?

  In Oxfordshire we have both the store and our main Claybrook warehouse.

  Product ordered from any of our stores, including this Oxfordshire store, can be collected from the Warehouse Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm by appointment, if you prefer not to have them delivered. Collections cannot be made at weekends sadly.

  Returns of tiles must be sent direct to the warehouse during weekdays only, not to the shop and not at weekends.

  Returns of paint tins must be made during weekdays directly back to our paint hub in the north of England. Please arrange this with our Sales team in advance.
