Buying tiles and bathrooms proved to be a challenge when doing up our own homes. It just wasn’t so easy to find product that matched our vision. The Claybrook collection was sourced with a beautiful and affordable aesthetic in mind. Shading and pattern were key but equally material with inherent durability. Our products speak to a desire for spaces that inspire, and….well.. just make us happy.

Inflating prices to reduce them for ‘SALE’ periods really annoys us. So we don’t vary pricing. By going direct to source we are also able to influence the design process. In fact, a number of tile and bathroom ranges and all of our paints are made in the UK. This personal approach also means prices are lower than our competitors.

Simple service and efficient delivery
We offer most of the first four tile or paint samples free, because it’s easier for our clients. Apart from the occasional special-order item, we only take your money if we have the stock (unlike many of our competitors). Delivery in most parts of the UK is free and we don’t have a bureaucratic customer service department as each Claybrook member is empowered to solve issues in a common-sense way, to keep your project on track. We have also worked hard to eradicate waste, increase our recycling and carry out responsible practices to lesson our impact upon the Earth.
